The COMMUNe is a nonprofit  organization that helps other nonprofits with obtaining items that are difficult due to the lack of large endowments or purchasing power that the larger well known organizations have. We procure goods and supplies directly to organizations that serve the homeless or home deficient populations. Donors pay for these items on a crowdfunding platform all year round for organizations that serve our homeless population, home deficient, and others that are in need. The COMMUNe allows you, the donor to select where exactly your dollars are applied. The COMMUNe provides homeless and other social community organizations a way to ask for the equipment or bulk items that they need without having arrange for funding and procure the items on their own, freeing up their time, resources, and funds to do what they do best, taking care of our community.
